Lift Sets – Returns & Refunds Policy

At Lift Sets, we strive to provide durable and reliable gym equipment to support your training goals. We recognise, however, that circumstances may arise where you need to send an item back. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled in accordance with UK consumer law.


1. Return Window

  • Customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in as-new condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or invoice) is required.


2. Change of Mind Returns

If you decide that you no longer want your item:

  • You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.

  • A 5% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • The product must be received back by us within the 30-day timeframe.


3. Non-Returnable Goods

Some products are not eligible for return:

  • Personalised or customised orders.

  • Gift vouchers or digital credit.

  • Items marked as clearance, outlet, or final sale.


4. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photographic evidence of the issue may be requested.

  • In these situations, Lift Sets will cover the return costs, and you may choose either a replacement product or a full refund.


5. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will update you on the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds can take 5–7 business days to clear.

  • Please note: Shipping fees originally paid will not be refunded unless the product was defective or dispatched in error.


6. EU 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund, including the standard delivery charge.
