Delivery Commitment

We aim to provide fast, reliable, fully tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. Every order is shipped using a trusted tracked courier service so you receive timely updates from dispatch to doorstep.

Free UK Mainland Delivery

Standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses on every product, with no minimum spend and no code required. This includes large machines and heavy items — delivery is built into the price you see.

Delivery Options

  • Standard Delivery — FREE to UK mainland. Estimated 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Express Delivery. Estimated 1–2 working days after dispatch. Available at checkout, where the cost for your order is shown before you pay.

Where We Deliver

We deliver to all mainland UK addresses, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the UK offshore islands (Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey). Deliveries to offshore islands are charged according to weight; the exact amount for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched on the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to monitor your parcel’s progress. Orders shipped in more than one box may arrive as separate deliveries.

Missing, Late, or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the parcel and any visible damage.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
