We aim to deliver your fitness equipment quickly, safely, and at a reasonable cost. This policy explains where we deliver, estimated delivery times, and what you can expect.
1. Delivery areas
We ship throughout the UK mainland, most European destinations, and select international locations. Costs and availability are shown at checkout.
2. Processing times

Orders placed Mon–Fri are typically processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Orders made on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the next working day.
3. Delivery time estimates (after dispatch)

Standard UK: 3–5 working days

International: Varies by destination and customs
For heavy or bulk deliveries, we may use pallet or specialist couriers. Kerbside delivery applies unless otherwise agreed.
4. Shipping costs & promotions
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout by size, weight, and destination. Free UK delivery may be offered for qualifying orders over a set value when advertised.
5. Tracking & communication
We provide tracking details once your order is dispatched. Multi-parcel shipments may arrive separately.
6. Delivery issues
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Missed deliveries must be rearranged with the courier.
7. Address changes
We can amend delivery addresses before dispatch only. After dispatch, changes must be arranged with the courier directly.
