Cancellation Policy

At LIFT SETS, we understand that plans change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order placed on our website.

1. Cancelling Your Order (Before Dispatch)

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
We dispatch orders the same working day if placed before 1:00 PM (13:00 GMT). Therefore, if you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Cancellations requested after the order has been dispatched cannot be processed. You may still return the item after delivery - see our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Cancellations After Dispatch

Once your order has been handed to the courier:

  • The order cannot be stopped
  • You must wait for delivery and then request a return
  • Standard return conditions will apply
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

3. Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • You do not need to follow the standard cancellation rules

  • Please contact us within 48 hours

  • We will arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved (before dispatch):

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank

  • No restocking fee applies for pre-dispatch cancellations.
