Delivery Commitment

We aim to provide fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery across the United Kingdom. Every order placed on our website is shipped using a trusted tracked courier service to ensure peace of mind and timely updates.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver to:

  • All mainland UK addresses

  • Northern Ireland

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

  • UK offshore islands

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched on the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

Our courier typically delivers within:

1–3 working days after dispatch

This applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight.

Shipping Cost

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing:

  • Your unique tracking number

  • A direct link to monitor your parcel’s progress in real time

Missing, Late, or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the parcel and any visible damage.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
