At LIFT SETS LTD, we want every customer to shop with complete confidence. If an item isn’t suitable or doesn’t meet expectations, we provide a clear and straightforward return process, supported by an extended 45-day return window.

Return Period

Most products may be returned within:

  • 45 calendar days from the date of delivery

This extended timeframe is designed to give customers maximum flexibility and peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, labels, accessories, and components

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:

  • Personal-use fitness items with broken hygiene seals
    Examples: opened yoga mats, razors, massage rollers, grips with removed protective wrap

No products are classed as “final sale” unless they fall under hygiene-based restrictions.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Contact us using the details below.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.

  3. We will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide full return instructions, including the return address.

Important:
Returns sent without a valid RAN will not be processed and may face significant delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Discounted Return Label Option

We offer discounted courier labels for customers who prefer a lower-cost, fully tracked return method.

Using our discounted label provides:

  • Reduced shipping rates compared to standard prices

  • Full tracking

  • Faster handling within our returns system

Customers may still choose to ship the return using their own courier if preferred.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
This fee covers:

  • Quality inspection

  • Warehouse handling

  • Repackaging

Refunds

Once your return arrives:

  1. Our Quality Control team will inspect the item.

  2. You will receive an update within 2 business days.

  3. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  4. Banks typically require 5–7 business days to complete the transfer.

Important Notes:

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Refund amounts may be reduced if components or packaging are missing

  • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Include your order number in all correspondence

We will arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
