This stand is for barbell squats and bench press in a room that was never designed as a gym. Set the uprights for one lift, drop them for the next, then move the frame aside so the space goes back to being a spare room.
The Adjustable Squat & Bench Press Rack Stand comes in white and black or all black. Uprights adjust for squat and bench height, the frame is compact enough to store between sessions, and it takes a standard 7ft Olympic bar. A four-post cage with safety bars, if you later want to fail a lift alone, is under power racks.
