Questions and answers
Where is Lift Sets based and can I collect or visit a showroom?
Lift Sets is the trading name of LIFT SETS LTD (company number 16883724, England and Wales), registered at 116 Napier Street, St. Helens WA10 2EW. That is an administrative address only: there is no showroom, no collection point and it is not a returns address. All orders are delivered by tracked courier.
Do you sell second-hand or refurbished equipment?
No. Everything Lift Sets sells is new, own-brand gym equipment: hex, adjustable and neoprene dumbbells, kettlebells, Olympic weight plates, barbells, power racks, benches, storage and cardio machines. The only exception is /pages/warehouse-returns, where returned units are checked for completeness and function, graded A to D on cosmetic condition and listed at a lower price with the marks described; clearance stock at /pages/clearance is new and unused unless the listing says otherwise.
Do you run sales or have compare-at prices?
The price by the button is the price you pay: there are no compare-at prices dressed up as a sale. Lower prices appear on the clearance page (end-of-line stock and knocked-about boxes) and the warehouse returns page (graded returned units), and delivery, returns and your rights are the same there as on every other order.
Is Lift Sets a UK company?
Yes. Lift Sets is the trading name of LIFT SETS LTD, company number 16883724, registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 116 Napier Street, St Helens WA10 2EW. Orders are packed and dispatched from our own warehouse and delivered within the UK only.
When did Lift Sets start trading?
The first Lift Sets orders shipped in October 2025, and LIFT SETS LTD was incorporated in England and Wales in December 2025 (company number 16883724) with retail sale via the internet as its registered activity.
Are Lift Sets products own-brand?
Yes. Everything sold is new, own-brand gym equipment under the Lift Sets name, and every variant carries a SKU and a GTIN-13 barcode where set. Ranges cover hex, adjustable and neoprene dumbbells, kettlebells, Olympic plates, barbells, racks, benches, storage, flooring and cardio.
Is Lift Sets a Google Top Quality Store?
Yes. Lift Sets currently holds Google's Top Quality Store badge, which Google Merchant Center awards and reviews itself from delivery times, delivery cost, returns window and site quality; it is not something a shop can apply for or edit. It appears beside our name on Google Shopping and in the Google widget on the site.
Why we started Lift Sets
We started Lift Sets because we were tired of seeing overpriced, underwhelming fitness equipment dominating the market. As lifters ourselves, we knew there had to be a better way.
Our mission is simple: supply UK gyms and home set-ups with commercial-quality equipment at honest prices. From rubber hex dumbbells to Olympic barbells, every product we stock meets the standard we would demand for our own training.
Who we sell to
Two kinds of buyer: people building a gym at home, and gyms, PT studios, clubs, schools and hotels ordering several units at a time. Home-gym orders go through the website; multi-unit orders are quoted per order on the trade and bulk page. We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How orders are handled
Orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday leave the same working day by tracked courier; standard delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch and is free to every address in Great Britain, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Northern Ireland is priced by weight at checkout. Unused items can be returned within 180 days of delivery with no restocking fee.

What we stand for
Equipment we would train with
Rubber hex dumbbells, cast iron and bumper plates, racks and benches chosen for commercial floors as well as spare rooms. If it would not survive a busy gym, we do not list it.
Honest pricing
The price by the button is the price you pay: delivery across Great Britain is included, there are no compare-at prices dressed up as a sale, and Klarna is offered at checkout on eligible orders.
