What we sell

Lift Sets sells gym equipment to home gyms and commercial facilities. Own-brand product under the Lift Sets name; every variant carries a SKU and a GTIN-13 barcode where set. Main ranges:

Delivery

  • Free delivery to every address in Great Britain, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are priced by weight at checkout. Standard delivery is free on every product, any weight, with no minimum spend and no code.
  • Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day; later orders, weekends and UK bank holidays go out the next working day.
  • Standard delivery arrives 2–5 working days after dispatch; Express (Great Britain only) 1–2 working days. Every parcel is tracked.
  • Express delivery (Great Britain only, 1–2 working days after dispatch): £4.99 per 27.5 kg of order weight — £4.99 up to 27.5 kg, £9.98 up to 55 kg, £14.97 up to 82.5 kg, and so on to £59.88 up to 330 kg. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey (standard, by order weight): boxed items £6.99 per 25 kg — £6.99 up to 25 kg, £13.98 up to 50 kg, £20.97 up to 75 kg, and so on (£69.90 up to 250 kg, £97.86 above 325 kg); heavy single boxes (adjustable dumbbells, cast iron kettlebells, the 450 kg adjustable bench, the kettlebell rack) £15 up to 30 kg then £5 more per 10 kg to £110 at 220 kg, pallet above that; bulky items (power racks, squat stands, cardio machines, sleds, rack-and-bench combinations) £110 per 1,000 kg.   • Delivery charges are set by the weight of the whole order; the exact figure is shown at checkout before payment.

Returns and refunds

  • Unused, unassembled items in their original packaging can be returned within 180 days of delivery, with no restocking fee.
  • Contact us first for a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return address; returns sent without a RAN are not processed.
  • Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in which case the return is free.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected — see warranty and your rights.
  • There is no separate warranty or guarantee period unless a product page or policy states one.

Payment

  • Prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payment methods offered at checkout: American express, Apple pay, Diners club, Discover, Google pay, Klarna, Maestro, Master, Shopify pay, Unionpay, Visa. Pay-later eligibility and schedules are decided by the provider at checkout.
