Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, is free on every product with no minimum spend. Express delivery and deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands are priced by weight at checkout. Full options are on the delivery page.

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for same-working-day dispatch; orders after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays go out the next working day. Standard delivery then arrives 2–5 working days after dispatch, and express delivery is 1–2 working days to mainland UK addresses.

Yes. We deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey, charged according to weight, with the exact amount shown at checkout before you pay. Standard delivery stays free to mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands.

Once the order has been dispatched you receive an email with a unique tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. Orders shipped in more than one box may arrive as separate deliveries.

Photograph the parcel and any visible damage, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Contact us immediately if you need to update the address. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

Yes. Most products may be returned within 180 calendar days of delivery if they are unused, unassembled and in original condition with all packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee; the refund policy sets out the full process.

Contact us with your order number and the reason for return. We then issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return address; returns sent without a valid RAN will not be processed.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We offer discounted courier labels if you would rather use a tracked return at a reduced rate compared with standard prices.

Once the return arrives, our quality control team inspects the item and you receive an update within 2 business days. If approved, the refund goes to the original payment method; banks typically take 5–7 business days, and original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Notify us within 48 hours with photos or video and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Volume pricing is quoted on multi-unit orders for gyms, personal trainers, schools and clubs. Each quote is priced on the quantities you send, and one trade contact handles it by phone or email, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm.

Choose hex pairs if you want a dedicated weight on the floor with nothing to adjust between sets. Choose adjustable dumbbells if space is tight and you want many loads in one pair; start with the hex dumbbells collection if you are building a graded rack.

Selectorised models go up to 24kg (15-in-1) and 40kg (17-in-1), and spinlock dumbbell-and-barbell sets start from 20kg. Every option is listed under adjustable dumbbells.

No. Lift Sets only sells Olympic 2-inch (50 mm) plates; we do not list 1-inch standard plates. Plates on spinlock dumbbell and barbell sets come with those kits and are not sold separately — see Olympic weight plates for the 2-inch range.

Our dumbbells, plates, racks and benches are sold for both home gyms and professional facilities. If you are specifying a commercial floor, request a trade quote so we can match products to your use.

Hex tree racks, neoprene trees, plate trees, vertical disc racks and the adjustable dumbbell stand sit together under racks and storage. Match the stand to the format you already own rather than mixing hex saddles with selectorised trays.

The adjustable weight bench with 250kg weight capacity folds down between sessions, and the bench with dip station and barbell rack is also a foldable design. For any other model, email support@liftsets.co.uk with your order number.

Yes. The G100 Power Rack has adjustable J-hooks and safety bars, and the squat and bench press rack stand has adjustable upright height for squats and bench press. Contact support with your order number if you need help with the unit you bought.
