Yes — and we give you 180 calendar days from delivery, far longer than the law requires. Under our 180-day returns promise the item needs to be unused, unassembled and in original condition with all packaging. Separately, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, and that right is not conditional on the item being unused, unassembled, in original condition, or returned with its packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee; the refund policy sets out the full process.

Contact us with your order number. For a change-of-mind cancellation you do not have to give a reason. We then issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and the return address. Please include the RAN so we can identify your parcel quickly; you do not need one to exercise your statutory cancellation rights, and we will not refuse a statutory return because it is missing.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We offer discounted courier labels if you would rather use a tracked return at a reduced rate compared with standard prices.

Once the return arrives, our quality control team inspects the item and you receive an update within 2 business days. If you cancel under your statutory 14-day cancellation right and we have not offered to collect the goods, we will refund you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back or the day you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier, and we refund the basic outbound delivery charge you paid — nothing where Great Britain standard delivery was free, the standard charge on a Northern Ireland order, and never the extra paid for Express Delivery. On a change-of-mind return under our voluntary 180-day policy, original delivery charges are not refunded. Refunds go to the original payment method; banks typically take 5–7 business days to show the credit.

No. Lift Sets only sells Olympic 2-inch (50 mm) plates; we do not list 1-inch standard plates. Plates on spinlock dumbbell and barbell sets come with those kits and are not sold separately. See Olympic weight plates for the 2-inch range.

Our dumbbells, plates, racks and benches are sold for both home gyms and professional facilities. If you are specifying a commercial floor, request a trade quote so we can match products to your use.
