Lift Sets supplies commercial-grade dumbbells, weight plates, racks, benches and cardio to gyms, PT studios, clubs, schools, hotels and workplaces across the UK. Multi-unit orders are priced per order: send the products, weights and quantities with a delivery postcode and we reply with one quote by email.
Indicative volume bands
These bands show how we group multi-unit orders. They are indicative only: every price is confirmed on the quote for your exact products and quantities, and the bands are not published discount rates.

Units are counted across the whole order (a pair of dumbbells is one unit, a set is one unit).
How fast we quote
Send your list before 2pm Monday to Friday and the quote goes out the same working day. Lists received after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are quoted the next working day. Every quote is valid for 14 days and shows the price including and excluding VAT, the delivery cost and the lead time for anything not in stock.
How to pay
- Pro-forma (default): pay by card or BACS before dispatch. Card payments go through the normal secure checkout on a draft order we send you.
- Trade enquiries: send a trade enquiry and we will come back to you with a quote. Payment is taken at checkout. We do not run credit accounts and we do not invoice in arrears.

How it works
Send your list
Products, weights and quantities, the delivery postcode and when you need it. A spreadsheet or spec sheet is fine: say so in the form and we send an address for it.
We quote
One email with the price for those quantities, the delivery cost (free across Great Britain) and the lead time for anything not in stock. Lists sent before 2pm Monday to Friday are quoted the same working day; quotes are valid for 14 days.
Order and delivery
Approve the quote and we raise the order. In-stock items ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day by tracked courier; larger orders may arrive as more than one delivery.

Not offered at the moment. We are an online retailer; the registered office in St. Helens is an administrative address, not a showroom or collection point, and every order is shipped by tracked courier.

Delivery
How is a bulk order delivered?
Standard delivery is free to every address in Great Britain, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Northern Ireland is charged by weight, shown at checkout before you pay. Orders sent in more than one box can arrive as separate deliveries. We do not ship outside the UK.
What if something arrives damaged or is not right?
Damaged or faulty on arrival: tell us as soon as you can, with photos, and we replace or refund. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 180 days of delivery; contact us first for a Return Authorisation Number.
Can a bulk order be delivered on a pallet?
Yes. Large trade orders may be delivered on a pallet; the method, any tail-lift or booked-slot requirement, and the cost if any are confirmed on the quote before you order. Say in the quote form if you need a specific delivery day or a tail-lift.
Payment and pricing
Do you publish trade price tiers?
Not as fixed discounts. We publish three indicative bands, Tier 1 Multi-unit, Tier 2 Facility and Tier 3 Fit-out, so you know how orders are grouped; the order size for each band is set out in the volume bands table on this page. The price for your exact list is confirmed on the quote, which is valid for 14 days.
How do trade orders pay?
Send a trade enquiry and we will come back to you with a quote. Payment is taken at checkout. We do not run credit accounts and we do not invoice in arrears. Full details are on the trade terms page.
Do you supply schools, universities and NHS trusts?
Yes. Public bodies get one emailed quote per order through the trade and bulk quote form. Send a trade enquiry and we will come back to you with a quote. Payment is taken at checkout. Individual students and NHS staff have a separate 5% code on the student and NHS discount page.

Do you offer trade or bulk pricing for gyms?
Yes. Gyms, PT studios, clubs, schools and workplaces get one emailed quote per order via the trade and bulk quote form, or by emailing support@liftsets.co.uk, calling +44 191 743 7100 or WhatsApp +44 7727 666 714 (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). Trade prices are not published.
How quickly do you send a trade quote?
Lists received before 2pm Monday to Friday are quoted the same working day; lists received after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are quoted the next working day. Every quote is valid for 14 days and shows the price including and excluding VAT, the delivery cost and the lead time for anything not in stock.
How are trade order sizes grouped?
Three indicative bands: Tier 1 from 10 units, Tier 2 from 25 units, and Tier 3 from 50 units (pallet delivery quoted with the order). A pair of dumbbells or a set counts as one unit, value is the order total including VAT, and the bands are not published discount rates: the price on the quote is the price.
Can I get a trade quote for a large home gym order?
Yes. Home gym projects ordering several units at once can use the trade and bulk quote form: send the products, weights, quantities and delivery postcode and we reply with one emailed quote, valid for 14 days, with free standard delivery across Great Britain included.
Does requesting a trade quote add me to a marketing list?
No. The details you send with a quote request are used only to price and fulfil that order; a quote request does not sign you up to marketing.
General
Who do you supply?
Commercial gyms, PT studios, clubs and teams, schools and universities, hotels and leisure sites, workplaces, and home-gym buyers ordering several units. Every quote is priced per order.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We do not run credit accounts. Send a trade enquiry and we will come back to you with a quote. Payment is taken at checkout. If your organisation needs a purchase order number or a quote reference on the paperwork, tell us when you send your list and we will put it on the quote.
Can I change the components of a gym bundle?
Not on the standard sets: the set page lists exactly what ships. For a different mix, weights or quantities, send the list and delivery postcode through the trade and bulk quote form and we price your version, with volume pricing on multi-unit orders.
