Clearance is where end-of-line equipment, the last units of a size and boxes that were knocked about in the warehouse go, at a lower price. The equipment is new and unused unless the listing says otherwise; delivery, returns and your rights are the same as on every other order.
How clearance works
What goes on clearance
Lines we are discontinuing, the last few units of a size or colour, and equipment whose outer box was damaged in transit or in the warehouse. The equipment itself is new and unused unless the listing says otherwise.

Clearance lines are not reordered. If the size you want has sold out, the regular listing is the place to look, or leave your email below and we tell you when new clearance stock is listed.

Delivery
Is delivery still free?
Yes. Standard delivery is free to every address in Great Britain, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, on every order, whatever the weight. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday for same-working-day dispatch; standard delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Northern Ireland is priced by weight at checkout. Delivery details.
Returns and warranty
Is clearance equipment used or damaged?
No, unless the listing says so. Clearance covers new stock we are discontinuing, last units and items whose packaging, not the product, was damaged. Returned and ex-display equipment is sold separately, inspected and graded, on the warehouse returns page.
Can I return it?
Yes. The same 180-day returns as everything else on the site: unused, unassembled and in its original packaging, no restocking fee. Contact us first for a Return Authorisation Number. Refund policy.
Can I return clearance or graded warehouse-returns stock?
Yes. Clearance and graded warehouse-returns units have the same 180-day returns as new stock: contact us for a Return Authorisation Number and send the item back unused and as received, with no restocking fee. Cosmetic marks described and photographed on a graded listing are the condition you bought, not a fault.
Payment and pricing
Do you run sales or discount codes on top of clearance?
Clearance prices are the final price. If a discount code excludes clearance lines it says so in the code's terms at checkout.
Do discount codes work on clearance items?
Clearance prices are the final price and the student and NHS code does not apply to clearance or graded stock priced as final. If a code excludes clearance lines, it says so in the code's terms at checkout.
Do you run sales or have compare-at prices?
The price by the button is the price you pay: there are no compare-at prices dressed up as a sale. Lower prices appear on the clearance page (end-of-line stock and knocked-about boxes) and the warehouse returns page (graded returned units), and delivery, returns and your rights are the same there as on every other order.

How do I hear about new clearance stock?
Join the email list on this page (tagged for clearance alerts) or the general newsletter. We do not put clearance in the header until there is stock to show.
Do you sell second-hand or refurbished equipment?
No. Everything Lift Sets sells is new, own-brand gym equipment: hex, adjustable and neoprene dumbbells, kettlebells, Olympic weight plates, barbells, power racks, benches, storage and cardio machines. The only exception is /pages/warehouse-returns, where returned units are checked for completeness and function, graded A to D on cosmetic condition and listed at a lower price with the marks described; clearance stock at /pages/clearance is new and unused unless the listing says otherwise.
Do you sell clearance or ex-display stock?
Any clearance or ex-display stock is listed at /pages/clearance (end-of-line equipment, last units of a size and boxes knocked about in the warehouse, new and unused unless the listing says otherwise) and /pages/warehouse-returns (returned equipment checked for completeness and function, graded A to D on cosmetic condition and photographed as the actual unit). Delivery, returns and your rights are the same as on every other order.

What if the item I want is out of stock?
Email support@liftsets.co.uk or call +44 191 743 7100 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) and we will advise on that product. Clearance lines are not restocked once sold out, so for those the regular listing is the place to look.
