Delivery
Standard delivery is free to every address in Great Britain, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, with no minimum spend and no code. Northern Ireland is priced by the weight of the whole order, and every weight band is published on this page. Order by 2pm Monday to Friday for same-working-day dispatch; standard delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch, express 1–2.
Every order is sent by tracked courier from our warehouse. Standard delivery is free to every address in Great Britain, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, on every product, with no minimum spend and no code.
Northern Ireland is charged by the weight of the whole order rather than by the item. We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey. The table below sets out what that costs, band by band, so you can work your delivery charge out before you start checkout. Your exact figure is confirmed at checkout, before you pay.
Heavier goods travel differently. Dumbbells, plates, barbells, benches and accessories go by parcel courier. Single boxes that are too heavy for a parcel courier, and large machines and rigs, go on a dedicated service. The table shows each of these separately, because they are priced separately.

We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Every parcel is sent by tracked courier.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched you receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. Orders sent in more than one box can arrive as separate deliveries. No email by the end of the transit window? Contact us with your order number.
Missing, late or damaged
Please check the delivery when it arrives and photograph any damage. Keep all packaging and tell us as soon as you can. Where appropriate we arrange a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. Address changes are only possible before dispatch.
Returns in brief
You have 180 days from delivery to return an unused, unassembled item in its original packaging. Contact us first for a Return Authorisation Number and the return address. Faulty or damaged items: tell us as soon as you can, with photos, and we replace or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands?
Yes. Standard delivery there is free, the same as every other address in Great Britain, and the same 2–5 working days after dispatch.
How is the delivery weight worked out?
By the weight of the whole order, not of a single item. Two items that each sit in the first weight band can fall into the next band together. The table on this page shows the bands; checkout applies them to your basket and shows the figure before you pay.
How much does delivery cost?

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes. Northern Ireland is delivered by standard service and charged by order weight on one of three rates: the boxed rate, the heavy single box rate (adjustable dumbbells, cast iron kettlebells, the 450kg adjustable bench, the kettlebell rack) and the bulky rate (racks, squat stands, cardio machines, sleds). Express delivery is not available to these addresses. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. Lift Sets delivers to Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey. We do not offer international shipping.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)?
Yes. Northern Ireland addresses get standard tracked delivery charged by order weight for boxed items, with the exact amount shown at checkout before you pay; heavy single boxes and bulky items have their own bands. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 working days after dispatch and express is not offered to Northern Ireland.
Do you deliver to the Isle of Man (IM postcodes)?
No. We deliver to Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey. An address in those places is not offered a delivery rate at checkout.
Do you deliver to Jersey (JE postcodes)?
No. We deliver to Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey. An address in those places is not offered a delivery rate at checkout.

Do I need a discount code for free delivery?
No. Free standard delivery to Great Britain is applied automatically at checkout on every product; there is no code to enter. Express delivery and deliveries to Northern Ireland are charged by weight and shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?
No. Lift Sets delivers to Great Britain and Northern Ireland. We do not deliver to the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey. Orders cannot be shipped to the Republic of Ireland or anywhere else outside the UK.
Can I get express delivery to Northern Ireland or the islands?
No. Express delivery (1 to 2 working days after dispatch) is offered to addresses in Great Britain only. Northern Ireland is served by standard tracked delivery, charged by weight and arriving 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
How is delivery to Northern Ireland and the islands priced for heavy or bulky items?
By the weight and type of box: boxed items are charged per 25 kg of order weight; heavy single boxes such as adjustable dumbbells, cast iron kettlebells, the 450 kg adjustable bench and the kettlebell rack are charged on a heavy single box rate that steps up every 10 kg; bulky items such as power racks, squat stands, cardio machines and sleds are charged on a bulky rate that steps up every 1,000 kg. The exact charge for your basket is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you deliver to Orkney, Shetland and the Hebrides?
Yes. The Scottish Islands are part of Great Britain for our delivery rules, so standard tracked delivery there is free on every order, the same as the rest of Great Britain. Allow 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
If I order on a Friday afternoon, when is it dispatched?
The next working day, normally Monday. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day; orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend or on a UK bank holiday go out on the next working day by tracked courier.
Do you dispatch on bank holidays or at weekends?
No. Dispatch runs Monday to Friday: orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave the same day, and orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Standard delivery then takes 2 to 5 working days.
What is the cut-off time for same-day dispatch?
2pm UK time, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day by tracked courier; later orders go out the next working day. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 working days on standard service, or 1 to 2 on express within Great Britain.
How long do I have to report a damaged delivery?
Please check the delivery when it arrives and photograph any damage. Keep all the packaging and tell us as soon as you can, with your order number and photos; where appropriate we arrange a replacement or a refund. Damage or shortages on arrival are handled as a delivery claim, not a warranty claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.

No. We are an online retailer and the registered office is not a showroom or collection point. Every order ships by tracked courier.

Can I get it faster?
Express delivery takes 1–2 working days after dispatch and is offered to addresses in Great Britain. It is priced by the weight of the order and stops at a weight limit, both of which are shown in the table on this page. It is not offered on large machines or on heavy boxed items, which travel on a dedicated service, so on those orders it does not appear at checkout.
