The Olympic Plates and Bar Set includes a 6ft Olympic 2-inch Barbell, a 60kg Cast Iron Weight Plates set (two each of 5kg, 10kg and 15kg), a pair of Olympic 2-inch Spring Collars and a 3-Tier Weight Tree & Bar Stand. A rack is not included.

Will the plates fit other Olympic bars?

Yes. The Cast Iron Weight Plates in the Olympic Plates and Bar Set have precision-machined 50mm (2-inch) holes, so they fit any Olympic bar, and the spring collars fit any 2-inch sleeve.

How big is the weight tree?

The 3-Tier Weight Tree & Bar Stand in the Olympic Plates and Bar Set is 130cm high, 70cm wide and 63cm deep, with a 200kg capacity. It stores the plates on three tiers and holds the bar upright.

How heavy is the bar?

The 6ft Olympic 2-inch Barbell in the Olympic Plates and Bar Set weighs about 15kg, so the full set gives you 75kg on the bar when fully loaded with the included plates.

Do I need a rack with the Olympic Plates and Bar Set?

Not for deadlifts, rows, cleans or floor press. For squats and bench press with the Olympic Plates and Bar Set you will want a rack; our Rack, Bar and Plates Set includes the G100 Power Rack and a bench, or you can add a rack separately.

How to claim	Email support@liftsets.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and two or three photos or a short video. We reply within one working day with the next step: replacement part, repair, replacement or refund. Damage or shortages on arrival are a delivery claim, not a warranty claim: tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
