The Rack, Bar and Plates Set includes the G100 Power Rack, a 6ft Olympic 2-inch Barbell, a 100kg Cast Iron Weight Plates set (two each of 5kg, 10kg, 15kg and 20kg), a pair of Olympic 2-inch Spring Collars and an Adjustable Weight Bench with 250kg capacity.

The G100 Power Rack in the Rack, Bar and Plates Set is built from 50mm x 50mm steel tubing with a maximum load of 250kg, and includes an integrated pull-up bar. The bench is also rated to 250kg.

What does the bench do?

The Adjustable Weight Bench in the Rack, Bar and Plates Set has six backrest positions (incline, flat and decline) and three seat positions, measures 84 x 34 x 34cm and folds for storage.

Can I add more plates later?

Yes. The Rack, Bar and Plates Set uses standard Olympic 2-inch plates and collars, so you can add any of our Cast Iron, Tri-Grip or Bumper plates as you get stronger, up to the rack's 250kg limit.

How to claim	Email support@liftsets.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and two or three photos or a short video. We reply within one working day with the next step: replacement part, repair, replacement or refund. Damage or shortages on arrival are a delivery claim, not a warranty claim: tell us within 48 hours of delivery.
