PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Kettlebell programming is unusually load-diverse. A Turkish get-up might use 8kg while a swing in the same session uses 24kg, and a windmill something in between. That is why kettlebell training normally requires several bells, and why an adjustable model is genuinely more useful here than adjustable dumbbells are in a dumbbell programme.
