Round Dumbbells Pairs come in six weights: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 kg, each priced per pair of two dumbbells. Two no-rack sets cover 2 to 10 kg and 2 to 12 kg. Every option shows its own price on this page as you select it.

Round Dumbbells come as pairs from 2 kg to 12 kg, so pick the pair by the exercise rather than by a rule of thumb. Lateral raises and rehab work sit at the bottom of that range, curls and presses through the middle, and rows near the top. A pair is right for that exercise when the last two repetitions of a set of eight to twelve are genuinely hard. Because the range stops at 12 kg, use Hex Dumbbell Pairs for squats, hinges and heavier rows.

The 2 to 10 kg Round Dumbbells set is five pairs (2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 kg, 60 kg in total). The 2 to 12 kg set adds the 12 kg pair, 84 kg in total. Round Dumbbells keep flat anti-roll faces but with softened corners, which the product page notes sits more comfortably against the thigh on carries and Romanian deadlifts. The range is 2–12 kg, against 1–60 kg for Hex Dumbbell Pairs, so choose hex if you need heavier loads.

Every Round Dumbbell has a knurled handle 33 mm thick and 130 mm long over a cast iron core with a bonded PEV rubber head. Overall length is 220 mm at 2 kg, 250 mm at 4–6 kg, 260 mm at 8–10 kg and 270 mm at 12 kg. New rubber has a light odour that fades within days; wiping the heads on arrival speeds it up.

Yes. Unused Round Dumbbells in their original packaging can be returned within 180 days of delivery with no restocking fee. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong, in which case the return is free; original delivery charges are not refunded.
