PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Round dumbbells and hex dumbbells solve different problems. A hex head is anti-roll and floor-friendly, which is why it dominates home gyms. A round head sits closer to the forearm and rotates freely against the floor during renegade rows or push-up variations, and it is the traditional profile in commercial studios. This pair gives you the round profile with the flexibility of adjustable loading.

Because the load is selected in the cradle, the pair covers a far wider effective range than a single fixed weight. That matters most in a shared or studio setting where one pair may serve several clients of very different strength levels in the same hour. Seat the bell fully in its cradle before turning the handle so the plates engage cleanly.
